Dr. Bill Overman
Chief Technology Officer, Financial Profiles
Bill brings to EISI, Financial Profiles division, over 25 years experience in programming and more than 15 years experience in designing and developing new products.
In June of 1994, Bill joined Financial Profiles to manage the development of the company's products and expansion into new technologies. Bill earned his Ph.D. in computer science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1981. He conducted computer science research for a number of years for the University of Southern California and the Aerospace Corporation. Eventually, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to form his own business where he developed and published Windows graphics application software.
